How's the Trivia?

FYI, The Royal crew members assigned to trivia make up the questions themselves and you can tell google is there best friend. I think they get extra internet time if they are trivia hosts. Occasionally they get things wrong by looking at outdated links.

They must copy from each other on all the ships because, like trivial pursuit, if you play enough the same questions keep coming around and it seems like in the same order to.

We always do either daily trivia or the evening one pre dinner. On one cruise we had a fab multi national team, we played every day but never won until the last day- we won an RCI keychain each, but the way we all jumped up yelling when we won you'd have thought we'd won the Lottery!

We are all still friends, in fact we're out to dinner tomorrow with two of our team- strangers before, friends now, happy days!

The trivia is usually good. Usually a General Knowledge Trivia in the Morning and Music Trivia just before early Dinner often relating to the nights entertainment. They have various specialty trivia sessions throught the day. prizes varied from keychains to pens to bottle openers, all of which retailed around $5-10 in the gift shop. The questions were peer-marked but the announcered checked that the winner actually won before declaring it.

Not quite true.. there is a trivia book that is the same questions fleet wide. Some staff realize that there are many frequent and B2B cruisers, so they buy their own trivia books or download from trivia sites. They do not get free internet time to do this. They often do it when home on vacation.
