Long Cruises

The key to losing weight is go on the drinking diet..just kidding. We have sailed for 60 days and we both lost weight but we move the body for about an hour in the fitness center. We avoid salt and carbs...yes I love bread and pasta but watch it that will creep up on you.

 

I think all cruise lines use way too much salt and the sodium will cause water retention but it will leave when you return home and back to a normal diet.
