Vista 8 day menus and elegant nights

Does anyone have pictures of the 8 night menus? And also, can anyone confirm which nights are elegant nights? Sunday and Friday?

 

And most importantly.....are they serving Bitter and Blanc and if so, which evening??? :p

The first sea day will be an elegant night.. I don't know when the 2nd elegant night would be..
