tmilak Posted March 6, 2017 #26 Share Posted March 6, 2017 Folks this is not going to happen for two reasons. First the power of the US consumer and the almighty dollar. Secondly, the amount of business done by US companies in Europe. As a US businessman with companies in 47 countries please relax as this all political posturing. easyboy Posted March 10, 2017 #28 Share Posted March 10, 2017 Unfortunately no website can tell you reliably what you will or will not need for a trip 3 or 4 months down the line. As we all know from recent events, the requirements can change from one minute to the next, with zero warning (although thankfully it is rare for a country to deliberately choose to catch people off guard like that). If the EU does decide to make Americans get visas or apply for some kind of ESTA-style visa waiver, I'm sure it will be announced many weeks/months in advance. I agree. We can only speculate for now when and how it will happen.
