Sea Grape beach area

Has anyone been to this part of the beach recently? I read a post that it's a hotel now and you can't access the beach but it has all the amenities we want.

It's now the Kimpton Seafire hotel. It has no facilities (showers, chairs, beach) that are available to day visitors. You can walk around looking at things, and eat in the restaurants, but you can't use the beach or pool. (You can walk along the beach at the water edge, since that part is public, but you can't throw down a towel and stay for the day.)

You can still go to the Public Beach section next door, where Calico Jacks is. They have most of the facilities you could need there.
