Los Angeles Port Suite Check In

This will be our first time on NCL, and we are booked inna Aft Penthouse Suite.

 

My question has to do primarily with the porters...

 

I will be dropping my wife and bags off in the front before I park the car.

 

Do I give my Luggage to the Porters Curbside, or do they have Porters dedicated to Suite guests?

There are no dedicated suite porters. Just put the luggage tags on and give the luggage to the same porters as everyone else.

I often work as a Porter in Los Angeles couple of pointers, if you arrive prior to 12 there won't be many people there. If you arrive after I suggest not pulling your car all the way to the front stay towards the back the porters will come to you and you avoid the chaos of the cars and masses of people. I don't know why but have noticed people lining up to drop their luggage just hail a Porter and they will gladly take it for you without waiting in that line. Don't forget to tip your Porter. You know what your bags weigh and we handle your bags more than once. We take them from you put lift them to be scanned and then again lift them to put them on their respective bins. Don't forget your documents you will not be allowed on the ship without those passports and often by the time you realize you left your passports the forklift has more than likely taken already came and hauled your bags off
