Dining reservations

Hi... we are 93 days out for our Boston/Bermuda cruise. We did not get the SDP as a perk, but would like to make a reservation for one specialty restaurant. Will I be able to do that on my NCL page?

You should be able to at 90 days out (unless you are in the Haven, in which case you can go ahead and do it now). If it is a set price restaurant, such as Moderno, they will charge your CC now. If you choose an a la carte place, such as Le Bistro, you will not need to pay now.
