Yes we flew with them in 2015 to join QV in Athens.

We flew with them to the QV and back and they were fine, but that was 8 years ago.

Looked a newish plane when we travelled with then last summer, but the food offered one basic cheese sandwich take it or do without food and one Polo Mint (yes one) in a packet, staff so,so not impressed , even complained to Cunard on returning home. :mad:

Thanks for all the replies. Hopefully the food is a little better now! I'm also surprised that Cunard don't pay for the in-flight meals!

I think we got a meal and a little bottle of wine. Everyone was amazed since most flights (even 8 years ago) you have to pay for a curly sandwich !

Flew from Manchester to Rome with them in November to join QV.

 

You will get a sandwich, a KitKat and a coffee. We were on the front row, but our friends near the back didn't get their KitKat as they had run out.

 

We thought the flight was basic, but OK. Very much like a no frills airline.

Titan is a cheap budget no frills airline like many that fly to the Mediterranean these days, as many of these tourist countries do not have a National Carrier airline or schedule flights.

The flight is short around four hours so you really do not need a meal.

If you do you can buy your own take on meal. Many people take their own snacks with them. Pop into WH Smiths in the airport terminal or Boots, and buy a meal deal. This is what most people do.

I live in the Eastern Mediterranean so always have to fly to join a cruise and always have to use no frill airlines. Even BA do not provide a meal on flights from where we live and our flight time is approx 5 hours. We never need to eat on the flight but may buy a cup of coffee or tea.

I am sure you will have a pleasant flight and you can make up for the shortage of food when you join your ship.😄Safe journey.
