Every cab driver is trying to take people to Mambo beach. It's close to port and easy to get people going back to ship. You won't have any problem to get ride there and back. This place is close to Mambo beach. Taxi will be $5 per person each way 10-15 min ride. I just called them and beach chairs are $5 , umbrella $15.
