What time for Dinner ?

Will be on the Sapphire Princess this fall and was wondering what is the best time to book Personal Choice dinners? I know I should make reservations for the entire week on the first day, but how do you time dinner if you want to see the show?

Does Princess present both early and late shows? If so, what time do they generally start. I noted someone said you should arrive at the show 30 minutes early to assure a seat.

Any suggestions from personal experience, particularly with the Diamond, would be appreciated.

Thanks.

The shows start at 8:30 and 10:30, or thereabouts. I would book dinner around 7-ish in order to have the entire evening for entertainment.

It really depends on the ship, but the Sapphire is new with lots going on. We booked early on the Grand, and late on the Regal.
