Experience with Butt's Up Cave Tubing in Belize

Has anyone used Butt's Up for cave tubing in Belize? If yes, what was your experience? Were they reliable? Got you safely to and from port? Good experience for ages 8-70? Any other thoughts?

I have used Vitalino Reyes with cavetubing.biz. They serve lunch too. He made sure we reached the pier on time.

We used Butts Up for our tubing and barely made it back to port in time. Our bus broke down on the way back. We had ages 3 to 70 in our group. I wouldn't recommend them. Here's a link to my full review: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2483218

We were also on a butts up bus that broke down on the way back. We had lots of time there was one couple was was sweating it!! Not sure I would use them again.

You all have me worried. I have a private tour booked with Reggies. We will have 15 people with us, so don't want to have to worry about how to get back to the ship. Anyone had problems with them? We are not doing cave tubing, just an island tour, so may not require as much time?
