Luggage Valet

Hi. We are sailing on the Silhouette this coming Sunday, and wanted to see if anyone has recently used the luggage valet service from the ship to the airport. It seems to have stopped last year, then started again though when I asked Celebrity directly they said no.

 

Appreciate any info you can provide.

It was on the Eclipse last week.

We used it and it was the best $50 (for 2 ) that we spent!!!

 

It was supposed to roll out on different ships at different dates so not sure about the Silhouette.

However, phone CSRs don't seem to know much (about it or lots of other things! :( )

 

Ask at Guest Relations near the beginning of your cruise.

BTW - I had to go there and get the form to sign up.

Room steward never delivered it to the cabin so if I hadn't known to ask for it I would have missed it.

It was on the Equinox 2 weeks ago also in Port Everglades. Your flight had to be after 11:30 from FLL and I think 1:30 form MIA if I am remembering correctly. Love the service and happy to have it back. Be sure to ask at Guest Relations for the form a couple days before disembarkation to sign up.

Just got off Equinox on Monday. First time using the Valet program. LOVED IT.
