Gratuity being raised up!

I did receive this email for our November 5th Transatlantic cruise. It states that gratuities are going up April 1st but I have until sail date to pay at current rate. My question is if I wait and NCL has another increase in the Fall can I still pay at current rate or is it then the April 1st rate?

This is just a guess, but I'm willing to bet it would be the original rate. This is one of the few places I see NCL "grandfathering" rates/terms/conditions. I'm sailing Nov. 23 on the Spirit and I'm betting that if they raise it again in 2017 (which I don't foresee, but hey, who knows?), I'll still only pay the $13.50pppd for my interior room when I prepay, which I generally do.
