I have not stayed at The Richmond recently but it is a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Oceanfront with pool in the Lincoln Road Mall area on Collins Avenue.

I've been in it a few times. Its old, rooms are small, pool is small but on the plus side it's a conveniant location for night clubing. If you can get it on Priceline for under $70 go for it otherwise you can do a lot better. ;)
