Scooter Safety In Alaska Ports

Alaska ports could be difficult for a scooter. I don't actually recall seeing many people using them. The sidewalks tend to be narrow and crowded with no place to put a bicycle let alone a scooter. Juneau has wider sidewalks and maybe a few stores that could accommodate a scooter. Skagway has boardwalks and is pretty ADA compliant. Again, there might not be room to get into the stores there.

There is a board on here for disabled travelers where you might get better answers.
