Arawak water park for 15 year old, do I need to sign a waiver for my teen?

Going Apr 9th on Oasis. My daughter is signed up to do the Arawak Water Park in Labadee, at the same time I'm signed up for Amiga Island. I'm hoping that there isn't a waiver that needs to be signed by me. If there is a waiver, can my father sign it? We all have the same last name. Thanks!

Yo should be able to sign the waivers on line before you go.
