I just booked a Canada New England cruise in September on the Sunshine. Is there anywhere that I can see menus for this type of itinerary?

Except for "port of call" items, menus are that same across the fleet. I also believe all ships now have the American Table menu. You might wish to search for Carnival menu or American Table. Any post within the last year should reflect the latest changes.

 

I see you are new to Carnival. It will be interesting to hear what you think about the food after your cruise compared to other lines.
