That is sometimes the reason...the reason I had was b/c it wasn't reconizing a phone number for my contact. Anyway, I called Princess and gave them the info over the phone and they fixed it. I had that problem and it was because I omitted the place of residency while in the States and after the cruise....should be the ship's name and location...also the state "Florida" and zip code "33333". Called Princess and advised me what was missing and they fixed it. Another time (with another cruise line) also couldn't complete online because I am Canadian and the cruise line had to input some of the data for me as the programming only allowed US addresses.
