Unless you are staying in a suite or have a child with special needs, you do not get a phone. They will ask you where you plan on being in case your child needs to be picked up or if there is an emergency, and they will call you/have someone find you there. If you have the iConcierge app, they will contact you through it. Hope this helps.

They called a few names on the PA system I'm sure if it was a emergencies they would do that .

When I forgot the phone from the suite and my daughter wanted to be picked up, they called me through the app.

If you feel your child has separation anxiety and you ask for a phone they will give you one. We asked and we got one.
