landsear Posted April 14, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2017 Hi everyone. We're going to be in Baltimore for a family wedding the weekend before our cruise. Our plan right now is to leave our car at my aunt's house and take an Uber to the boat. Does this make sense? We could also just drive there and park our car for the week. I'm not sure how much savings we'd have if we parked at her house? She lives in Laurel, MD. WWYD?

If you Google Uber estimate it would give you the approximate cost one way If you park at the port the cost is $15 per day That said I would park at the port with my own car as once the cruise is over you hop in your car and head home vs going back to Laurel unloading and reloading your luggage and saving time . steve20832 Posted April 15, 2017 #3 Share Posted April 15, 2017 Laurel, MD to the Baltimore cruise pier is around $35 for UberX which is fine for 2 or 3 people with luggage. If you have 4 or more, I would go with UberXL which is around $

Laurel is about 30 minutes (on a good day) south of Baltimore so if you're coming from the North (anywhere north of Baltimore) I would just park at the port.
