I'm sure we'll spend some evenings(maybe long ones :)) in the casino, aboard the Nieuw Amsterdam. Are the paytables any good? Like 9/6 Jacks or Better?

No cruiseline casino will have any pay schedules like that. Hard enough to find in Las Vegas anymore. Far more likely to find (at best) 8/5 JoB but I would not put it past them to have 6/5. Still 95% is better than what the slots likely are. :(
