disembarkation Carnival Sunshine October 2017

Can anyone do self-assist disembark with Carnival? When and how do I ask for that service? Where would I find a taxi after leaving the terminal? Looking for any answers to make disembarkation smooth and quick. Does Carnival offer and after cruise New York excursions?
