2 Questions for Triumph - Spinning and Salon

First - Spinning classes on the Triumph. Clipless or clips? Do I bring my shoes? I've heard they fill up fast. Do I call someone to reserve a space or do I go somewhere to register?

 

Salon - Same question - (minus the shoes). Who do I call to set up my appointment for formal night? They go fast also, right?

 

Will I be able to take care of these two items on my "must do" list between the time we board and between the muster drill?

 

First time cruiser - who has spent way too much time on this board.
