BellaOnline Posted November 23, 2005 #6 Share Posted November 23, 2005 I just want to comment that it's always best to have a passport if you can at all get one. You never know what emergencies will strike in life. A passport is always 100% accepted everywhere in the world pretty much. You don't want to get stuck with a medical emergency or something, and needing to hop on a plane and have people argue with you over a birth certificate. A passport is the safest item to own if you leave your own country.
