Best Eastern Caribbean Route

Recommended Posts

There are no ports to avoid (like Jamaica!) on the eastern Caribbean!

Bonaire was a bore unless you dive but not a lot of ships stop there-yet- and it's in a more Southern port.

Antiqua had 365 beaches, lots of history to see. In San Juan there is El Moro the fort that guarded the San Juan, built in the 1500's, fascinating to visit! And there are two free buses there to take you all over.

I can go on and on about all the Eastern ports but you can look them up here on CC.

And, don't forget the Southern ports, ABC islands, etc.- all fun!

DW and I love the Eastern Caribbean. Its our favorite get-out-of-winter-for awhile-getaway. The only port we avoid is Nassau. Other than that they're all good to go, especially St John (ship excursion or ferry from St Thomas).
