Information for deck 8 cabins on celebration

I have just booked the Celebration for a cruise in September 2018. I wanted to book a de-luxe cabin on deck 7 like we have had before, but were told they had all been booked already, so we have booked cabin 074 on deck 8 and were told that all cabins on deck 8 had un-restricted views.

I thought the lifeboats were on deck 8 ? Can anybody give me and information on deck 8 cabins especially cabin 074

According to the deck plan, the lifeboats are at deck 8. The cabin number you have chosen looks as though it is between lifeboats. We had the same problem with the cruise we have booked for September and have chosen 082 which also looks as though it is between lifeboats.
