CHACCHOBEN EXTREME (David and Ivan)

Hi-

First time to Costa Maya, and the concensus is that David and Ivan's tours are the best. Has anyone done the Chacchoben extreme tour- and how was it?

We are on the 21/3 Glory and I originally signed up for this excursion. However after looking at picture of the place you are taken I cancelled that portion of the trip an we are just doing the ruins. It did not look too great to me. It's a lake and seems really in the middle of nothing. I was afraid we would be disappointed because we really love the beach and this place did not seem to fit what we were looking for. But everyone has their own opinions and I would not take what I say as to soomething you might like. Check it out for yourself.

Yes, I went to the site which asvertized the extreme and then did a search on the place. The reason I did this is because someone else commented on the place and yes there are pictures.

Did anyone do this tour yet that can post some experiences? Also- I tried e-mailing them at info@chacchobenruins.com. Is there another e-mail address, because they have not responded back (3 e-mails sent over a 2 -3 week period).
