No prepay parking available at Port Caneveral...Is it full?

I've called and emailed the parking folks at Port Canaveral about this and after 4 days w/o a response, I figured I would ask the experts. :)

 

I tried to prepay parking on the PC website for an Oasis cruise later this month and all I could book was an oversized vehicle spot. Not driving anything large. Does that mean the onsite garage is full or if we show up early embarkation day is it possible to get a spot at the garage by the terminal? Did offsite last time which wasn't problem, just looking for a little more convenience this time.
