Question On Scheduling Arrival Appt

Just put our down payment down for our first cruise yesterday that leaves in January 2018. We are trying to schedule our arrival time and It doesn't give me any time options from the drop down menu. Is it because we haven't paid in full? Or is it just too soon?

It may be too soon. Final payment has nothing to do with it.
