where is the Navy Frontier pier?

our Golden Princess cruise leaves from the Navy Frontier pier. I've heard of the Pan American pier and others, but not this one. How about a rate for taxis from the airport to this pier? Thanks.

Be sure to check where the Golden is leaving from. I called Princess and they are still saying Pan American Pier for my Jan 06' cruise, when in fact recent cruisers are saying that she is docking at pier #4 in OSJ. That is also what the cruise calendar is saying-Pier 4
