Carnivals Rainbow Chic Cooler Tote

Has anyone bought the rainbow chic cooler tote from the Carnival Fun Shop? It has to be pre-ordered and I'm debating whether it's worth it. Wondering if it was a decent size and how the quality was.

Looks like the same pattern as the platinum gift a few years ago.

If it's the same then there are a few issues--

If you're short you cannot hold the bag down by the straps as it hits the ground. The straps were just a bit too small to hold on your shoulder.

It did hold a lot and the cooler part did its job.

We just ordered one... was going to order our water and I saw that the cooler was available! Seems like a no-brainer! in four weeks we will be partying in New Orleans! Yahooooooo!
