Royksuk Posted July 13, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 13, 2017 We are a party of four who are doing the Southbound cruise on HA's Nordam arriving in Vancouver on 24 September. From what I can tell we have to disembark at 8AM but our flight isn't until after 9PM so we need some way of killing time & are looking at this excursion. Reviews on the HA site are a little mixed so have any of you done it? I read somewhere that the last bus is at 17:00 so would assume we need to aim to be at the station for the Canada Line transfer before then but are there any other gotchas we need to be aware of? Is this recommended or is there anything better we could use our time for (bearing in mind we don't really want to cart luggage around all day). xlxo Posted July 13, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 13, 2017 Thoughts... for a 9pm flight... you want to be at the airport by 6pm to begin your check-in, luggage, US customs and complimentary security searches. This means you should be leaving downtown by 5:15pm the cruise terminal can hold luggage for you until 4pm, they do offer an airport transfer service for $40 for four bags to their airport location. Looking for CDS baggage next door to the car rentals. It's a popular service than can have a 30 minute wait. LandSea offers post-cruise tours that will also haul your luggage with your bus around.
