I don't need to argue anything - - what is "bad"? And where did you find that term used in the report??? There was no test data suggesting there was bad alcohol found.

Too much conjecture and made-up terms does make a mess of this...

This was a review recently posted on the Carnival website for this excursion. Was this any of you who have posted here? If not, this is another person with a similar story. I actually was getting ready to push book on this excursion for next week's cruise, but it seems like there might be an issue.

Frequency:Repeat Cruiser (I've cruised before)

 

Overall, we had a fun time. The only reason for 3 stars is that the drinks made my husband and I sick for over a week. The kids ate everything we did, only difference was the drinks. I don't think it was the alcohol in the drinks since they were exremely watered down but maybe the mix they used to make the cocktails. Our tour guides were nice and helpful, no water inflatables like the pictures but did have hammocks in the water. If you decide to go with this excursion, do not drink the alcoholic drinks included in the package!

 

 

 

No, I do not recommend this shore excursion.

Actually no,"tainted" is nowhere to be found in the report. The sites being referenced are not the Mexican report. That's just one of the reasons for all this confusion...The title of this thread also helps.

Like I said in an earlier post all of the tainted booze has been confiscated by the government so it's a non-issue at this point
