I had a question on my ticket. The person I spoke to was able to answer my question immediately. A very professional, helpful and friendly service. Well done Thomson. jools222 Posted September 2, 2017 #10 Share Posted September 2, 2017 Last week I rang the number for shore excursions from the website, having hung on 15 minutes to get an answer they told me I had a wrong number & gave me a totally different one. Needless to say they were not interested in reporting that there was an incorrect no on the website & told me they had no involvement with whats online. Def rang the website no as I checked after.
