Spinning Classes - Triumph

How much for spinning? I've heard they fill up fast. Where can I go to regsiter and how early are they open after I get on the ship? Lastly, clips or SPD clipless? Thanks for any insight.

I was looking at Pride Capers for July and was thoroughly bummed. I want to spin as well, but the classes are at 5pm!! At least 2 of them are I think out of 3.. why is that? That is dinner time!

 

I read on the capers that they open the spa at some point on embarkation day and encourage people to hurry down due to limited space.... if you find capers for your ship you should see that announcement.. I wondered the same..
