Flea market

Does anyone know if the "new" Flea Market near the RCCL Port has been completed yet?

 

There was an open air market across the street and to the right of the Port a couple of years ago, I actually bought a few nice things there, but they tore it down and they were re-building an enclosed building for the Flea Market when I was there last October, but it was not completed yet.

 

Has anyone been to the new one yet, and if so, was it worth going?
