Oceans family cabins

I have been looking at the med fly cruises. We will be a party of 4, 2 adults, a 6yr old and 2yr old. We don't want the upper /lower combination where we have to have the beds separate. What cabins can we have a double bed and the kids perhaps have a sofa bed? They aren't old enough for the upper berths so we'd end up up there which we don't want. Would it be a mini suite?
