No Credit For Libya Excursions

I thought that Oceania had not credited the money for the canceled excursions in Libya, but in going through all my credit card bills I found the credit on the card I used for my onboard account, rather than the card I had used to book them originally. A little weird, but at least the credit came through.

They did the opposite with mine. The credit appeared on the card I originally used to book them over the phone prior to the cruise, not the card I paid my shipboard account with!
