dogger Posted December 6, 2005 #1 Share Posted December 6, 2005 Is there such a thing on Costa? On Royal it was the Compass and laid out what was happening that day on the ship, at the ports, entertainment and even drinks of the day. I assume Costa does this, but you never know
Cruise4Andy Posted December 6, 2005 #2 Share Posted December 6, 2005 Yes, Costa has also an onboard program "TODAY", which will be delivered every evening for the following day. Within that program you will find information regarding day-activities, special events (such as art auctions,), games, events, the dining and show schedule, the special drink of the day, any kind of landmarks you may see on your way, as well as information about the dining event (formal, informal, toga, etc) and lots more... In addition to the TODAY news, you will also receive printed information about the upcoming port of calls, which include helpful information about the ports, shopping, sights, etc. You will find this information also delivered to your cabin the night before. Have fun... Andy

Cruise4Andy Posted December 9, 2005 #5 Share Posted December 9, 2005 No, not unless they changed something. Costa has a special drink of the day (usually also related to the port of call) which is being served all day long for a special price. For example, the day you are docked in Cozumel it's Margarita day, etc. Andy
dogger Posted December 9, 2005 Author #6 Share Posted December 9, 2005 No bloody's!!!!!!!!! That's the last straw for me! I can put up with the bad food, service and lines, but no bloody specials is it! :D I can't deal with COSTA What's the drink of the day cost? 5-6 bucks? Andy, can you get Tomato juice as part of the room service or at the buffets/other eating places?
Cruise4Andy Posted December 9, 2005 #7 Share Posted December 9, 2005 I'm pretty sure you can... At the buffet's they serve apple & orange juice for free, but I am sure you can buy a can or bottle of tomato juice... Just ask your waiter, your room stewart or your butler.
