Howdy Out2Sea,

I would recommend that you read the reviews at trip advisor for the Tipsy Turtle and Barefoot Beach Club. There are several options for this location. From no cost for the chairs and pay as you go for food and drink, to "all inclusive" with a free massage. You didn't mention what you were considering for this location.
