Yes she does! Not a lot of folks know Welsh cakes. I find them tasty in their simplicity (though actually tricky to get the first few cooked right so she very fortunately has an experienced tester/helper).

 

My adopted mother's family were Welsh. My grandmother and my aunts made Welsh cakes...I love them! Now I am thinking I should make them too.:)

 

As for the clotted cream - my adopted father and his family were from Devon. I shall see if I can get it at Horizons next month. I certainly hope so...especially for my husband who loves it!
