Does Celebrity have anything similar to RCCL's IQ?

My friend just got back from Harmony and said they have this really inexpensive package to have you be able to stay in touch with your partner/friends onboard.

 

Does anyone know if the Celebrity Reflection has this? If so, details appreciated. I researched and couldn't find it.

Celebrity offers nothing analogous... When offered [and it is not yet common], such technology is most often found on newer [Reflection went into service in August 2012] mega-ships [at double occupancy, Harmony is ~ 80% larger than Reflection]...
