Canopy tour in here or in Jamacia?

Does anyone know which canopy tour is best? The one in Roatan or the 'original canopy tour' out of Jamaica?

 

IS there a must-see in either of these locations that I should consider over a canopy tour?

I havent heard of the one in jamaica but guarantee the palmetto zip line in roatan knows how to make their customers have alot fun. Check them out at www.roatanjungle.com

The one in Roatan is cool and the guides are really helpful and knowledgable.

I just came back 3 weeks ago and had a blast.

The guide even held my camera and took pictures of us coming along the slides. WICKED.

The canopy tour was the first thing we did that morning in Roatan, and we still had plenty of time to go snorkeling, the iguana farm, Fantasy Island, etc. I highly recommend the zip lines, but it seemed like a bit of a workout to me, but I'm only 5'3". The taller you are, the easier it would be.
