JPV072900 Posted October 25, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 25, 2017 So I'm trying to plan a cruise for July 2020 on the Pride of America. My wife and I will be celebrating our 20 year anniversary, and our sons will be celebrating their 18th birthday and 15th birthdays. From what I can tell, it looks like most of the staterooms on the POA are slightly bigger than a jail cell. Should I book one inside for 4 or should I book two insides for 2 each? Also, is it worth having a balcony stateroom on this ship if you're mostly going to be doing excursions at each port of call? Decisions! Decisions! Thanks for you help :D
easyboy Posted October 25, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 25, 2017 I would book 2 cabins. Aside from space, bathroom is also critical. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

L2trvl Posted April 8, 2018 #4 Share Posted April 8, 2018 You’ve probably already booked, but we had the same dilemma you are having. After checking prices for 2 staterooms, we decided to book one of the obstructed view two bedroom suites. It has 2 bathrooms, 1bdrm with a king and the other with 2 single beds (twins) and 2 Pullman’s, TVs in each bdrm, plus all of the perks that suites get. We looked in one of the regular staterooms and it was so small that we would have been miserable. I’m not sure how 4 adults could manage. Not sure price comparison with 2 inside rms, but it was almost same as 2 outside, and we were still all together. There are only 4 of these suites, midship on 7th floor, so they get booked early. We loved it!
