great time in St. Maarten

We had a great time in St. Maarten, we took a 6 hour tour a group of ten of us. This tour included shopping in both towns, sight seeing and beaching. St. Maarten was our best stop so far. Our cab driver Jose was wonderfull call him anytime.:cool:

Do you have a way of contacting Jose, or did you just pick him up as a cab driver once you arrived? We want to do a little shopping/early lunch on the French side, then have someone drop us off at Orient Beach for a few hours and pick us back up to take us to the ship. We don't know if we should try to get a tour guide (only 6 days till we leave!!) or just get a taxi. I had just planned on finding a taxi driver when we got to the pier, but now I'm starting to worry that I should have made more concrete plans!
