Question re: online embarkation form

I just completed the online embarkation form for our upcoming cruise on the Summit. One of the questions asked for the name, policy number and phone number of our insurance. Do they mean our travel insurance policy number? I took a travel policy from an outside company instead of Celebrity. They can't mean my personal medical or home insurance can they?
