Changing booking agent

For our April 2018 we are looking at changing our booking from booking directly with the cruise line to booking with an agent (more benefits for us).

 

Has anyone had issues with changing their bookings? We are well before final payment but the cruise is fully sold

I just went in to the travel shop closest to home, told them I’d like them to take over the booking as I was having issues with the website and paying the cruise off and they did. No dramas

Will I still be able to manage my booking via the cruise lines website? I want to be able to add pre purchases like drink packages

Yeah, I have the option to add packages or ask the agent to do it. Same with the shore excursions.

You have to do it within 60 days of booking with celebrity and rccl, they have a form you fill out.
