Spa passes Gem

I'm fully paid up and 89 days to go, have made my dining reservations but when i try and book the spa pass it says Please book once onboard. Pre-bookings not accepted.

 

This would be fine but another person on my roll call has booked their spa passes already online

 

any idea why they can and I can't?? I am in UK

I am booked on the same cruise. I just looked and I can not book it.
