jspivak Posted April 14, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2004 Is there a resort in Cabo that let cruise pax use their beach/facilities for a day? We are looking for a nice swimmable beach not very far from the pier (short cab ride). Thank you.
momofzeke Posted April 14, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 14, 2004 We took a water taxi ($10 for 4 of us) to the Pueblo Bonito Blanco Resort. The taxi dropped us off right on the beach in front of the resort (you hop out in the water a few steps from the beach). We were meeting friends there, but we walked right up to the pool area and no one gave us a second glance. I think you could use their facilities and no one would be the wiser. We had lunch and then swam in the pool. Took a regular taxi back to the downtown area, near the marina ($6 for the 4 of us). Hope this helps. Sue Our First Cruise! crishsapig Posted April 14, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 14, 2004 We didn't care for Pueblo Bonito Blanco Resort. We are trying Villa del Palmer next time. jspivak Posted April 14, 2004 Author #4 Share Posted April 14, 2004 Thanks for the info. Did they let you use their pool towels? If we bring towels from the ship, it'll be easy to spot us as non-guests:-))
