Charleston This Sat For a Group Question

We have a group of 12 going out of Charleston this Sat, about half are 100% disability. My question is, almost all of us got a different check in time. I got an early check in (which I like) but my sister (disabled) got a late check in. We are together, along with out spouses, will she be able to board with me due to her disability? We will be using Carnivals, wheelchair assist?

If this isn't possible and her check in time is 1:30 to 2:00 will it benefit her to being at the port early? Any chance to be let on earlier?

If this doesn't work I'll just wait for her time but I am hoping. We are driving in 3.5 hours and want to caravan for safety reasons.

Thanks for any help!

Is your cruiseline aware that you have disabled passengers? Most have procedures to help and assist if they know. And also some have specific times they work with them. Call and see what they tell you.

They do know but I'm getting conflicted info on Carnival.
